Our calculators help with ordinary decisions: whether a desk setup fits, how much soil fills a pot, or how different paint-can combinations compare. They expose assumptions and let you change the inputs. Our quizzes explore fictional roles and peculiar little identities. They are entertainment, not psychological assessments.
How we make things
We use AI-assisted design, writing and development, with calculation checks and independent interface review before release. That process helps us find mistakes; it does not replace your judgment, professional advice where needed, or actual feedback from the people using these pages.
We are also researching how AXO can help operate and improve useful websites. We distinguish our own testing from real visitor behavior, and we do not claim that a product is popular just because it exists.
Our editorial approach
BotToYouBy is an AXO Labs project operated by AXO Solutions, Inc. We use AI assistance to develop the tools and explanations; we do not present fictional examples as customer projects or AI-generated text as firsthand product testing.
Planning guides show their formulas, units, assumptions and exclusions. Manufacturer and gardening references support the relevant practical advice; example prices and quantities are illustrative. A calculation-check date describes that check, not a fresh inspection of every linked source or a guarantee that a product will perform as estimated.
For a correction, email hello@axoapp.ai with the page address and the claim or calculation to review. Do not include private project inputs. We revise content when an error or a changed assumption is verified.

Quizzes work either way
Use Privacy choices on the pages listed below to see whether analytics and recommendations are on in this browser and to turn them off. They start on for visitors whose country is confirmed as Mexico or the United States, unless they have opted out or their browser sends a privacy signal. Elsewhere, or when the location is unknown, they wait for an Allow choice. A feature starting on does not mean you clicked Allow. Our quizzes and tools work without analytics.
We keep optional collection off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control. Turning collection off stops future collection and may reload the page. It does not delete information already sent. Turning it on never uploads answers you selected earlier while collection was off.
Recommendations and experiments
Optional next-step suggestions use the page you are on, topics you choose, unfinished activities and recent completions. We keep only these activity IDs and stages in recommendation history on this device for up to 30 days. We do not treat playful quiz results as facts about your personality. We compare fixed groups against the ordinary page, including visitors who see no suggestion, and measure later completions and return visits. Turning optional collection off clears this local recommendation history; it does not erase saved projects.
What AXO can receive
When analytics are on, AXO can record page views, clicks, scrolling, time on a page, and actions such as starting or finishing a quiz or copying a result link. It can receive browser and device details, language, limited referral information, and an approximate country or region. Browser identifiers connect these visits in a profile for this site.
For the quizzes, this includes the quiz version, the options you select or change, and your playful result. We use these choices and activity to understand what works, recommend another useful or entertaining page, and compare different content in experiments. Selected answers, observed actions and inferred interests are different kinds of information. A fictional result is entertainment, not a verified personality trait or purchase intention.
Optional collection runs on our home and category pages, six quizzes, five planning tools, the tool and game overview pages, three game guides, the shop and its product pages, the project guides, field notes, the library and the downloads page. It does not run on the games themselves, the T-shirt editor, Zine Fair Planner, StudForge or search. Privacy choices are stored in this browser for the web address you are using. A choice made on our earlier address, axo-labs.foggy-guppy-0301.chatgpt.site, does not apply on www.bottoyou.com or bottoyou.com. Calculator measurements, editable comparison notes and downloaded spreadsheet contents are not sent to AXO. We can record that a tool was started, a valid edited result was completed, or a download was requested. A request does not tell us whether a file was saved or used. Partner demonstrations use fictional examples.
A country check before analytics
A limited request to AXO can check the visitor country before analytics starts. It sends no quiz answers, analytics identifiers, cookies or referring-page address. AXO and its hosting service still receive connection information, including an IP address. This check chooses the initial privacy setting; it may happen even when analytics stays off.
Saved work and shared links
Your quiz progress and calculator plans save in this browser so you can return to them. They have no automatic expiry. Starting again or resetting a tool replaces its saved work. Clearing this site's browser data removes local saved information and may also clear your privacy choice.
Quiz result links contain the result, not individual answers. Calculator share links can contain your plan settings, so anyone with a link can view those settings. Downloaded workbooks have no connection back to this site; a cloud spreadsheet service handles your uploaded copy under its own settings.
Cookies and local records
When analytics are on, a browser identifier cookie has a 30-day expiry and visits use a 30-minute inactivity window. An Allow choice lasts up to 180 days and can need renewal after a policy change. A saved Off choice has no automatic expiry in local storage; the related preference cookie expires after 180 days. Browser controls may remove these sooner. Cookie expiry does not delete server records.
Privacy choices can show up to 24 hours of diagnostic activity in the current page. Older tool logs may keep up to seven days on this device. Clearing local diagnostics clears that log, not saved work or information already sent to AXO.
Who handles information
AXO Solutions, Inc. uses this information to operate and improve BotToYouBy. Our hosting, database, delivery, security and error-monitoring providers process information needed to run the service. AXO's service-provider information is available in its privacy policy; optional services listed there are not all enabled on this site.
We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising based on activity across different businesses. Cross-site identity linking, company-network contribution and outbound marketing integrations are disabled for this experiment. Data collected here is not used to create the fictional profiles in our public demonstrations.
How long we keep it
Raw activity and quiz events use AXO's rolling retention process: 13 complete calendar months plus the current partial month, subject to successful maintenance. Privacy audit logs use a separate 90-day default. These periods do not apply to every record.
Browser-linked profiles, visit records and derived interests currently have no automatic expiry. They are kept for this site's active research and recommendations, or until a deletion request is fulfilled. At the pilot's scheduled continue, change or retire review, we assess the records needed for the next experiment and remove those outside that purpose. Summary reports may remain after identifiable source records are removed.
Operational logs and backup copies follow separate provider and recovery processes. A request is not a promise of instant removal from every backup. We explain any remaining scope or retention requirement when handling it.
Questions, access or deletion
Email hello@axoapp.ai for privacy questions, access, a copy, correction or deletion of browser-linked information. Include “BotToYouBy” and the website address. You do not need to send quiz answers or an identity document with your first message. Sean is responsible for making sure requests are handled.
We may ask for a reference from the browser you used and proportionate confirmation that the request relates to your information. Turning analytics off and requesting deletion are separate actions. If you are requesting deletion, turn analytics off in Privacy choices to avoid creating new records while the request is handled.
How this might pay for itself
We may introduce clearly disclosed affiliate links or light advertising. This release has neither. Future commercial recommendations will be labeled; a click is never reported as a confirmed sale.
Small print that matters
Calculators are planning aids. Measure your actual materials and check product instructions before purchasing or building. Quiz results are playful, subjective and deterministic from your selections; they are not validated measures of ability, personality, health or compatibility.
